DAPPWEB / INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING

AI. Blockchain.
Built on solid ground.

From model deployment and training to DApps, institutional payments and CBDC research. Define one verifiable scope, then build and hand over in stages.

01 / AI infrastructure

Deploy. Train. Measure.

GPU environments

Cluster setup, containers, scheduling, storage and resource monitoring.

Private model deployment

Model selection, multi-GPU serving, internal or offline APIs and access controls.

Inference optimization

Quantization, engine adaptation and latency, throughput and memory benchmarks.

Fine-tuning

LoRA/QLoRA, supervised or full-parameter fine-tuning with agreed evaluations.

Pretraining feasibility

Domain-adaptive pretraining, data/tokenizer review and small-scale runs before larger compute commitments.

Data and model operations

Licensed-source records, cleaning, annotation, versioning, checkpoints and rollback.

DELIVERYDeployment configuration, model artifacts, reproducible training/evaluation records and runbooks.

02 / Enterprise AI

Knowledge into workflows.

Knowledge and RAG

Document processing, hybrid retrieval, reranking, citations and permission boundaries.

Agents and automation

Tool integration, bounded workflows, human approvals and failure recovery.

Business system integration

Connect approved CRM, ERP, databases and internal APIs.

Evaluation and governance

Task-specific tests, privacy controls, feedback and version acceptance.

DELIVERYA scoped application, knowledge pipeline, integration interfaces and acceptance evidence.

03 / DApp engineering

Contract to customer.

Wallets and accounts

Connections, signing, network changes and transaction lifecycle states.

Contracts and APIs

Agreed contract modules, existing ABI integration, tests and deployment scripts.

Onchain data

RPCs, event indexing, monitoring, duplicate handling and state reconciliation.

DEX and asset applications

Selected swap, approval, liquidity, token and NFT flows.

Payments and orders

Payment matching, confirmations, refunds and exception reconciliation.

Network adaptation

Assess EVM, Solana and Move ecosystems per module and dependency.

DELIVERYSource changes, normal/failure-path tests and deployment handover. Audit and mainnet release are separately scoped.

04 / Institutional systems

Connect institutions.

Permissioned networks

Node admission, identities, governance and upgrade workflows.

Asset lifecycle

Registration, authorized issuance/redemption, transfer rules and offchain reconciliation.

Institutional key interfaces

HSM integration planning, approvals, rotation and recovery exercises.

Interoperability and privacy

Payment interfaces, ledger messaging, data minimization and authorized audit access.

DELIVERYAn agreed prototype or integration module, gateway, operator tools and validation records.

05 / Sovereign infrastructure

Research to controlled pilot.

CBDC architecture research

Retail/wholesale scenarios, operating roles and centralized versus distributed ledger assessment.

Sovereign deployment

Local infrastructure, isolation, dependency records and source/operations transfer.

Authorized lifecycle prototypes

Simulated issuance, distribution, redemption, destruction and supply reconciliation.

Banks, wallets and merchants

Two-tier interfaces, wallet/payment prototypes and institution reconciliation.

Offline and settlement trials

Device/risk feasibility, double-spend controls, DvP/PvP and cross-system trials.

Resilience and oversight

Authorized reporting, privacy assessment, capacity tests and recovery exercises.

DELIVERYArchitecture studies, sandbox modules, pilot evidence and handover. Production responsibilities require authority, specialist review and institutional acceptance.

06 / DELIVERY

Validate first. Then scale.

  1. 01

    Assess

Goals, systems, data permissions and acceptance.

  2. 02

    Validate

A model, compute baseline or one critical flow.

  3. 03

    Implement

    Defined modules, milestones and dependencies.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Test evidence, source, configuration and runbooks.

Scope and procurement

Technical services, compute/cloud, third-party licenses, independent assessments and maintenance are itemized separately. Training outcomes, throughput, timing and cost are agreed after baseline assessment.

A CBDC may use a centralized or distributed ledger. Monetary policy, issuance authority and regulatory rules remain with the competent institutions. This catalog does not establish central-bank authorization, sovereign project credentials or production qualification. Offline payments, cryptographic infrastructure and core production systems require specialist validation and confirmed delivery arrangements.
